Katherine Schwarzenegger

Katherine Schwarzenegger

From a young age, Katherine Schwarzenegger wasted no time embracing her identity and embarking on her own journey toward a passionate and fulfilling career—in her case as a best-selling author, lifestyle blogger, animal advocate and ASPCA ambassador.

When she was only a sophomore in college, Schwarzenegger entered the fraught national conversation surrounding women’s struggles with body image, self esteem, and confidence with the release of her book Rock What You’ve Got: Secrets to Loving Your Inner and Outer Beauty from Someone Who's Been There and Back. In it, Schwarzenegger documents her own challenges with body image and helpful tools she used to overcome challenging times. Her personal experience spurred her to write the book in the hopes of inspiring young women everywhere to be confident in who they are and know they are not alone no matter how much they may doubt themselves. As a result of the book’s popularity, Katherine toured the country spreading awareness about body image issues among young women and has since partnered with both the Girl Scouts of America and TJMaxx.

Since then, Schwarzenegger has gone on to author two more books. I Just Graduated…Now What? Honest Answers From Those Who Have Been There, offering advice to recent college graduates through a series of interviews with well-known and successful people about their own personal experience after college and what advice they would give to those starting their next chapter. Her most recent book, Maverick and Me, teaches children about the importance of animal rescue.

All Schwarzenegger’s books are centered around providing advice and hope to people of all ages—a message she brings to the stage.
