IWLC's Student Track programs are designed to assist aspiring young women to take a meaningful step on their leadership journey and learn more about women’s leadership and career preparation. As a conference attendee, undergraduate students have access to locally and nationally known women leaders with invaluable expertise and an opportunity to network with hundreds of professionals within their own community.

IWLC is committed to providing the right development opportunities, leadership programs and education to give aspiring young women a chance to own their success.

IWLC is committed to making our events accessible to as many individuals as possible -- and the IWLC Scholarship Program exists to make that happen. “I loved last year's conference! It was awesome to be in a room full of so many talented, respected, and accomplished women. In life, if you want to improve yourself in any area, you need to surround yourself with people that are where
you want to be. These women are where I want to be. Looking forward to attending again this year and every year!”

---Ann Meis

“Having the opportunity to hear the stories of women who have found their creative path inspires me to remain centered in possibility and innovation. Leadership is about coming to realize your dreams.”

---Mary Day, Sister of St. Francis, Dubuque, Iowa

“The Iowa Women Lead Change Conference is informative, inspirational, and engaging. We left the conference not only with new energy to do more for our community, but also with the tools we needed to take action. Highly recommended!”

---Mandy Engel-Cartie, Executive Director of Girls Incorporated of Sioux City

"When I attended my first IWLC event I was very impressed at the number in attendance, and the high quality of speakers. The event was inspiring and really motivated the participants.”

---Gina Sitzmann, Vice President and Trust Officer at Security National Bank

“Women at all levels in their career path and all walks of life need ways to enhance and strengthen their leadership skills and network with others. IWLC is leading the way for Iowa women to connect and be inspired for their next
opportunity, whatever that may be!”

---Lea Greathouse, Executive Director of the Mercy Medical Center Foundation
